PhyZual - 0011 The Band Part One

The common theme amongst all the podcast is success. Success is many different things for many different people. For this couple and their new born, whom I will refer to as The Band, success is not only rooted in their faith it is dependent on it. They have used aliases and I will continue to refer to them by their aliases as well as keep confidential any other searchable characteristics to locate these individuals. As you listen to the podcast, the reasoning why will be clear.

Challenging your, as well as my own, ideas, beliefs, and values is what I aspire for with these podcast. Changing, and not changing, is entirely up to you. I give the reference point, you will determine your reference to it. I appreciate all the support, interest, and investment that is going into PhyZual. Thank you.

The world fusion musical accompaniment to this episode is entitled Desert Feat Miro by an artist called Ambrish. He is currently residing in Germany. Thank you Ambrish for lending this exceptional piece of fusion.

I realized I had not looked at the site lately and found the newest episode. I was pulled in by the way that the couple did not want to be identified and curious to know what the mystery of the Band was all about when I read the description before I took a listen.

I think it takes a lot of guts to do what the Band is doing. These days just being a Christian in the States can be dangerous and the Band has decided (or had it decided for them) that they will take their message to a very hot spot in the world by way of Libya. Too often do we keep hearing that having a standard is not freedom but what is life if you just live day to day for no reason?

I believe that politics and certain mishaps with religion have stained and given a bad excuse in this time we are in not to investigate religion for yourself. But as we listen to the Band we find out that there is a good reason to do things and not even thinking of themselves first to something great and worthwhile. The Band makes me think of a Spiritual and Faithful Peace Corps because they are taking what they know and want to give to others who desire to receive it.

I cannot wait for part two because you can hear the good hearts in the Band. I can only wish them the best of luck with the experience. And maybe one day they can write a book about what they did and what they have seen.
